We are a boy-led troop, offering a Scouting program with emphasis on camping and outdoor skills. Our Scouts actively practice the leadership skills they'll use as adults.  All boys age 11 to 17, in grades 6 or higher, are welcome to join us or to visit a meeting.   Please contact our Committee Chairman or Scoutmaster to arrange your visit to a meeting - we believe you'll become one of our newest members.

News You Can Use:



  • The February 19 meeting will be bowling at DOLRBILLS- 7-9PM - 145 Danbury Rd D, New Milford, CT- GO AROUND THE BACK. Permission slip
  • The Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser is scheduled for March 16th from 7:30- 10:30 am at the Applebee's  located on Independence Way in Brewster NY (right at the entrance to the Southeast train station road).  This fundraiser is an important opportunity for Scouts to raise money to offset the cost of summer camp.  Tickets will be distributed to the boys over the next couple of weeks for them to sell (cost is $7 each).  We will also need parents and Scouts to help run the breakfast on March 16th (busing tables, seating guests, serving food, etc.)  Additional information will be posted in the coming weeks.
  • Beginning on Monday, January 28, 2019, after-school access to the middle and high school will be restricted to the main entrance of the high school. All other exterior doors, including those used to enter the gym and cafeteria lobby, will be locked.
  • The next Campout will be February 8-10 at Camp Mattatuck
  • When a weekly scout meeting calls for "Uniform: Class B", All scouts are expected to wear the appropriate Class B uniform with no exceptions. This will be strictly enforced going forward.  A Class B uniform consists of a scouting tee-shirt or other troop or camp shirt and Scout pants or shorts. Uniforms can be purchased from the official on line store or a local store
  • The Troop Controlled Substance Policy is now available
