Join Us!

We are a boy-led troop, offering a Scouting program with emphasis on camping and outdoor skills. Our Scouts actively practice the leadership skills they'll use as adults.  All boys age 11 to 17, in grades 6 or higher, are welcome to join us or to visit a meeting.   Please contact our Committee Chairman or Scoutmaster to arrange your visit to a meeting - we believe you'll become one of our newest members.

News You Can Use:

  • Dues this year are $114.  Please pay your dues by the October 25 meeting.
  • Wreaths and Poinsettia sales start Tuesday October 18. Click here for Order form and here for Flyer
    • Instructions and schedule are at the top of the order form. 
       -    Door to Door Sales start Tuesday, Oct 18th.
       -    Turn in Door to Door order form and monies no later than 5pm Saturday, Nov 19Pickup orders Dec 2-4, at DOM's (Rte. 37 Danbury).
       -    For early delivery (Thanksgiving), turn in a separate form and monies by 5pm Saturday, Nov 5.  Pickup Nov 21-23 at DOM's.
       -    Store front sales days are Saturday, Nov 26, and Saturday, Dec 3.
       -    Pricing has changed for the large wreath.

  • Departure for the November camping trip is now at 7:30 a.m
  • The Pomperaug camput has been scheduled for December 10-11.
  • Anyone interested in earning the Ad Altare Dei Catholic award this year?.  Scouts must have completed 6th grade before starting the program and it is designed for 13-14 yr olds, but older scouts may also work on the program. For more information, contact the parent coordinator.
  • The March campout has been changed to March 11-12 due to availability of the ranges
  • The Troop Controlled Substance Policy is now available
